But, yeah having a PhD at 22 means you are some ungodly genius or the messiah.

or alternatively the writers don’t really understand how academia works and just gave shu a dozen phds to emphasise that “this guy is smart”. it’s basically impossible to have multiple advanced degrees by 22 unless you literally did nothing but study, sleep and eat since your early teens. a more realistic depiction of shu shirakawa would probably look like

SRW: Alpha 2’s story retcons Alpha Gaiden? How??

Where’d all the Titans (save for Yazan, Dunkel, and Ramsus) go after Alpha, then? Alpha Gaiden kinda made it a point to kill all of them off… Also, Endless Waltz never happened?? 

Plus only a handful of stages take place in the “present” as far as SRW is concerned. The game gave the Masoukishin characters and Shuu a pretty good sendoff. Alpha Gaiden pretty much ended where Alpha left off with all the bad guys who wouldn’t appear ever again killed off.
