One has to wonder what the history of giant robot anime in the US would have been like had WEP gotten Daltanias for Voltron like they asked for instead of GoLion.
I’ve been dealing with a lot of stupid arguments about robots lately. I wanna make one thing clear here.
Some people like robots with a bit of a realistic flair.
Some people like their robots REALLY realistic.
Some people love robots that are more traditional.
Some people love robots that aren’t humanoid.
Some love robots that aren’t very big.
Some people love robots that think and act on their own.
And some people love robots that aren’t even mechanical.
But at the end of the day, all robots are wonderful, and there’s one place where they can all come and play:
Super Robot Wars.
(unless you’re Transformers because ha ha, international legal issues.)
