RE Letter: Maybe draw attention to part of Wegmans' mission statement, and actions they've taken with regard to health and well being, like their recent decision to stop the sale of tobacco products in stores. Maybe also don't focus on just the positive outcomes for the employees, but also link it to how companies who have well cared for and happier employees perform better, raise retention rates, that sort of thing, about why helping employees helps the company, why that matters.

I enjoyed it. Wasn’t perfect, definitely very flawed, but still enjoyable.
I'm pretty sure you're excellent, though I wouldn't be shocked if you had a reputation for some reason, but I quite like your work. I especially like that you're one of the few people I've seen talk about Gundam with regards to gender on the internet, something I think is important when talking about Gundam, but so few people seem to care about. Keep it up!
