Cima Garahau from Gundam 0083. Honestly one of the few good characters in the OVA. This was for a huge gathering of Zeon cosplayers at Katsucon this past year.

The costume is still unfinished; it needs new gloves, a new cloak, and a finished belt, but what counts is the jumpsuit. silencedrowns did a fantastic job on it. The actual jumpsuit is much baggier, but we both decided a tighter one would be better. I certainly agree.
