MADOKA MAGICA GIVEAWAY

JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

I’m doing this a bit earlier than anticipated, but here it is.  A lot of you are really lovely people who message me often just to chat; something I really appreciate.  I wanted to show you my love by giving some Christmas gifts away.
I know a lot of you like Madoka Magica, and I was planning on doing a Christmas gift type thing anyway.

Since it’s Christmas there will be 3 winners!

First place will win:

  • 2 products from box 1, which includes Figma models for all the main cast, as well as an Ultimate Madoka.
  • 3 products from box 2, which are nendoroids of all the main cast, as well as a double pack for two of the witches
  • 1 product from box 3, basically just mugs, for each of the main cast including Kyubey

Second place will win:

  • 1 product from box 1
  • 1 product from box 2
  • 1 product from box 3

Third place will win:

  • 1 product from box 2
  • 1 product from box 3

All products will be purchased from amiami

IMPORTANT: RULES:

  1. must be following boyfern.  this giveaway is for people who follow me; the winner must be following me at the time of drawing, or new winners will be chosen

Here’s the thing about Madoka:

You could have EASILY done this kind of plot with toku heroes or giant robots or whatever. Really, if anything, the story would have suited those genres more (especially since Madoka’s fate is kinda like the Getter Team in Getter Robo Armageddon, but less fun).

But it wouldn’t have been special.

Using this kind of story for magical girls gives it a greater impact; a greater emotion. The story better suits the hero/mecha genres because you expect that kind of story from them. You sure as hell don’t expect this kind of story from magical girls.

So yeah, I… definitely liked this show more than I expected. 

Now let’s see how long they milk this franchise… D:
