According to the Z Gundam Manga, both Kamille's parents are British. However, Kamille was born in Tokyo. There really isn't an official guide to the UC. (as far as I'm aware of) Though I would chalk the kids of ZZ to be mixed while Roux is french.
Which Zeta manga, though? I imagine there are many… and yeah, I pegged Roux for French.

Look, I love 08th as much as anyone but it's certainly not the best Gundam OVA (Even though out of the two I've seen 08th is my fave) I think Stardust Memory is better except for Nina Purpleton.

I've only seen the first 10 episodes of the Original anime and dubbed. I remember the Zakrello showing up briefly (only as a blue print in the Arghama's computer) early on in Zeta or am I getting it confused with another Mobile Armour like the Brawbow. I also know that Federation Vs. Zeon uses elements from the TV series and the movies along with the Ground Gundams from the 08th MS Team OVA.
The Ground Gundams and GMs are used in FvZ cuz, well, the Feds are kiiiiiinda horribly outnumbered in the game. And while yes, the Zakrello and Braw Bro may exist in canon, they just weren’t encountered by the White Base (and yes, it was the Zakrello).
Isn't the TV series supposed to be canon over the movies anyway?
Movie canon takes precedence. See: Numbered Guncannon in Zeta, presence of Core Booster in Char’s Counterattack, White Base’s lack of involvement in Operation Odessa in side stories, etc.
