Gundam F91March 16th
Today in Gundam History, 22 years ago we witnessed the release of Gundam F91.
Originally designated to be a full-length series, this movie had to take all the material meant for 50+ episodes and cram it into just under 2 hours. A great movie all things considered, but a full series could have been so much more amazing!~
Unit: F97 Crossbone Gundam
Scale: 1/100 scale Master Grade
Series: Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam(I got a new camera! I need a good macro lens though…)
Here’s the Crossbone Gundam! SRW Alpha 2 got me really into this suit, even though I still haven’t read the manga. I feel like the suits from the Formula Wars era never get any love. Sadly, this kit and the experimental “no polycaps” method it shares with F91 wasn’t executed all that well, and was only used for these two kits. It’s still worth buying, simply because it’s the frikkin’ Crossbone Gundam.
