So this is what I had been busting my butt to get ready for! Basically a half-serious suggestion that we spend time together before sending Shiroro off to Japan, my saved airline credits (due to cancelled Katsucon flight) and SUDDENLY We had one week of encouraging each other online to get our cos and props (model kits, in my case) done! IT HAPPENED and it was a blast!

Gunpla is serious business, but it’s also friendship, dorktimes, and good food! This makes up for my ONE good East Coast trip this year because I was unsure I was going at all! And now to get West Coast up to speed! Photoshoots! photoshoots at Hobby Shops and warm, open-air stadiums with summer-like weather even in winter LOL

(and KitsuneSqueak just HAPPENED to have a Doraemon doll that was the same size as my Keroro!! SPIRIT ANIMALS!)
