Plane tickets are dirt cheap. An extra $50 usually gets you first class.
Honestly I’d have no problems just throwing down the $150 for a plane ticket. I just have too much extra stuff to bring with me. Cosplays, Gunpla, etc. =/

I want to get into SRW. What would you say is the best entry into the series for someone that has never played?
I’d say Super Robot Wars R for the GBA. It has a very basic menu translation and it’s a pretty easy game. Great series lineup, too.
What do you use to paint your kits? I usually just use normal spray paint.
I use Testors/Model Masters acrylics, thinned down. My stuff is all hand-painted.
