6830) I get the sentiment behind posts like “it doesn’t matter whether you pass or not :) <3” but I don’t agree with them - to me it really, REALLY does, especially considering the safety of me and my boyfriend relies on my passing. If I passed, that muscular guy wouldn’t have cornered on us on the street and threatened to shoot us both for being a couple of worthless faggots. So yes, to many trans women, for a variety of reasons, passing DOES matter. Please remember this.
