So Isozyme’s amazing Xenobiologist for Hire posts on Troll speech are really interesting to me! This bit about Terezi’s laugh was especially….inspiring??? I had a really vivid idea of what this would sound like, so I tried to create it for everyone to enjoy.

I used sound clips from a rattlesnake and a cicada and then adjusted the speed and pitch a bit to make it sound like it came from a bigger animal.

The rest is just…me…making a weird, high-pitched laugh-like noise while inhaling, and teeth chattering (sped up).

The result really freaked my dogs out…..oops?
