What Gundam should I start with?
Well what are you looking for? Gundam has so many sides to it.

Well when I got into Gundam, I used this:
But you see how it goes in timeline order? Yeah, don’t do that. You’ll only end up hurting yourself in the end. If you wanna get into UC, go production order:
- Mobile Suit Gundam
- Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam
- Mobile Suit ZZ Gundam
- Char’s Counterattack
- F91
- Victory
- 0083
- 0080
- 08th
- (those probably aren’t in order but at this point you’re pretty much scot free.)
- Unicorn

G Gundam.
Start with G.
yeah buddy start with the show that, outside of it’s own one-show timeline, has literally no continuity amongst itself. It’s definitely what you want to watch.
Why start with something less than the best?

starting with G-Gundam is pretty much the worst idea ever, sorry to say.
anyway Camille’s got it right. I usually just say “watch MSG, Z, ZZ, CCA then go wild”
