Maaaan there were some serious growing pains during the early episodes of Beast Wars…   like Rattrap is less “snarky douchebag” and more “self-centered asshole”.   Primal tries waaaay too hard to be “the leader”   and those introductions, bluh. At least everything gets smoothed out about halfway through season 1.
