I don’t get it
I seriously don’t get how people are upset about all the meta and fourth wall breaking. I especially don’t get the posts that say ‘this is why Act 6 sucks’.

no but really I don’t get it being stupidly meta and breaking the fourth wall is literally what Homestuck is founded on.

Don’t you know the secret by now? Most of the fandom doesn’t even LIKE the Homestuck we know. They only like the OOC-land of fanfics and fanart and AUs they’ve created in their heads! And then they hold it against the SOURCE MATERIAL (which they have literally zero respect for) when it doesn’t live up to their imaginings.
tl;dr the fandom blows
