the answer is obvious: They’re both girls. If you’re trans, your sexuality can be anything… just like if you’re cis. Seriously, I’ve gotten shit like this before and it’s infuriating. I’ve done my rant about the lesbian community’s dislike for trans women already, though.

like if you’re a gay cis guy, well, trans guys would be something you could date, not trans women. The only acceptable exception is if you two were together before your partner came out and transitioned. That means you care for the person more than their gender.
