I guess I just play “sincere but uncomfortable” better than I thought…

like the scene I’m in had a waitress, who was the character I wanted. Everyone, including the professor, loved when I played her in the dry-reading cuz I took the character and made her funny.

During our auditions, I was chosen to read her part, and halfway through the reading she makes me play the other girl in the scene–something I was COMPLETELY unprepared for. It was the only reading I did so I was worried about what part I would get.

Everything worked out better in the end, I suppose!
