um, no it didn’t? the post specifically said ‘people’ and not any sort of gendered terms, and just because shoutarou’s actor looks more groomed and polished than a ‘typical’ male doesn’t mean you can willfully gender the character, or the actor, and goddamnit you missed the point of the character and their personality SO BADLY i want to strangle a small child
the post was based on the characters’ personalities. shoutarou wants to be more like sokichi ( the dude on top ) because he aspires to be the kind of person sokichi is, a cool, hardboiled detective like he’s always dreamed about. but shoutarou is more of a doofus who likes to go off into tangents and only thinks he’s cool, and gets called out for it often. these character traits would still apply no matter what gender these people are, and those traits are what’s being called attention to! shocking development!!!!!!!!!!
tl;dr — you missed the point in a big way, you continue to willfully misconstrue the point to make yourself look right, and even the genderqueer and trans fans of this show are laughing at how dumb you’re being about it
