think blair waldorf! make sure the peacoat is well lint-rolled, nothing is less elegant than fuzz. i’d say black tights with flats, and a skirt that looks good under the coat. def tights if the coat is not super fitted. I LOVE WINTERWEAR SO MUCH
One of my friends also suggested boots with black fur on the top. :D
