It sucks that it’ll be another year until Unicorn is finished, but hopefully this’ll mean more kits.
Like I’ve said on /m/, the produtction is always a few months ahead and they probably had finished the script, storboards or even some draft animations or whatever it is, but it probably was completely convoluted or left out too much from the book so they got an extension, except it meant starting it all from scratch and make it two episodes long, hence 2013.
ANOTHER YEAR GODDAMNIT. Well, like you said, at least that means more kits for the time being…
