at least being HORRENDOUSLY SICK has kept my mind off dysphoria??

for those who don’t know I’ve basically been bedridden for the past few days due to what seems to be a combination of food poisoning and dehydration. I nearly passed out three times and ACTUALLY DID pass out last night. shit’s not been great.
